An eye-catching feature at the front is the new iconic grille with a wide chrome frame, a smoked glass-look mesh structure and an integrated central star. It reinterprets the classic chrome grille and brings it into the modern era with exceptional presence. The panel grille and surround are optionally illuminated. Another highlight is the optional animations of the iconic Mercedes-Benz grille when opening, closing or charging the vehicle.
The headlamps round off the iconic look with an innovative star design. The standard LED high performance headlamps or optional DIGITAL LIGHT headlamps blend seamlessly into the front end. The star emblem and the "visor" look of the daytime running lights and indicators provide an unmistakable look – day or night.

New spatial concept
The purpose-built all-electric architecture enables a new dimensional concept with generous space. The 2,962 mm wheelbase is 97 mm longer than the combustion engine powered C-Class sedan. This particularly benefits front passengers with 12 mm more legroom. Thanks to the standard panoramic roof, maximum headroom increases by 22 mm in the front and 11 mm in the rear.
The electric C-Class is also features generous cargo space. The trunk has a capacity of 470 L and the frunk offers additional cargo space.

A large panoramic roof sets new standards in the midsize sedan segment. It creates an exceptionally spacious and open feel in the interior. With the optional SKY CONTROL panoramic roof, the glass surface can be switched between transparent and opaque in milliseconds. It is divided into nine independently switchable segments, enabling passengers to decide individually how much light they want to let in and in which area. The opaque setting offers additional glare protection in direct sunlight. In conjunction with the optional ambient lighting, the SKY CONTROL panoramic roof creates a unique visual experience with 162 stars illuminated in the individually selected color.
Analog and digital elegance merge at the highest level
A radically new interior design completely reinterprets the C-Class's hallmark blend of elegance and sportiness with analog and digital aesthetics that merge seamlessly. A large trim element dynamically connects the center console with the dashboard. The new optional MBUX Hyperscreen extends seamlessly across the entire width of the interior. The 39.1-inch screen creates an exceptionally immersive sense of space. Discreetly integrated ambient lighting along the lower edge of the trim element emphasizes the floating effect and creates a unique atmosphere in the interior.
The center console features two separate cup holders, up to two ergonomically optimized and ventilated wireless smartphone charging pads and a newly designed control panel with buttons and a roller switch for volume control. The air vents combine a solid metal look with a tech-inspired aesthetic. Small integrated slats colorfully indicate temperature adjustments in the climate-control system, while ambient lighting briefly changes color at the same time. This visual feedback makes operation even more intuitive.
The new speaker grilles features a horizontal line graphic with 3D relief and a two-tone design. With the optional Burmester® 3D and 4D Surround Sound Systems, these are finished in high-quality stainless steel.

11 high-resolution ambient styles, designed with meticulous attention to detail, are available for the MBUX Hyperscreen and MBUX Superscreen. This allows customers to refine and personalize the cabin environment in the all-new electric C-Class even more precisely. The color scheme of the instrument cluster, including gauges, control elements and ambient lighting, is coordinated with these emotional background styles. Another highlight is optional active ambient lighting with sound visualization which makes music "visible" – for an even more immersive experience. Fast beat sequences, for example, can trigger quick light changes, while flowing rhythms can create gently shifting light atmospheres. With the optional Burmester® 4D Surround Sound System, music can also be felt. Two body sound transducers are integrated into the backrests of each high-end front seat. The front seats also feature speakers closer to the ear for greater speech intelligibility, for example when making phone calls.

The optional new high-end front seats ensure the driver and front passenger can enjoy every journey in a relaxed manner and arrive feeling refreshed, even after long distance journeys. A massage function across the entire surface of the backrest, seat ventilation and 4D sound ensure maximum comfort and an impressive driving experience. For a more sporty feel, customers can opt for the available new sport seats with greater lateral support for dynamic driving. All seats are certified with the German AGR seal from "Aktion Gesunder Rücken" (Organization for Healthy Backs), underlining their back-friendly design for long, fatigue-free journeys.

Striking new optional "Twisted Diamond" design Nappa leather combines elegant diamond perforation with contrast stitching to emphasize its handcrafted character. The door center panels echo this with contrast colored stitching. This design is available exclusively with optional sports seats in new Tartufo Brown Nappa leather. The AMG Line leather seats feature moccasin stitching on the side bolsters. With the AMG Line Sport Seat Package, the door beltlines and area beneath the windshield are also finished in an elegant Nappa leather-look ARTICO and feature fine decorative stitching.
The carefully coordinated color concept comprises three elegant standard shades: deep Black, warm Beech Brown and stylish Macchiato Beige. These are complimented by a variety of trim elements, ranging from White Open-Pore Natural Fibre to Open-Pore Fineline Birch Wood in Grey or Brown.
First-ever vegan-certified interior in a midsize sedan
The all-new electric C-Class can be tailored to almost any lifestyle. A vegan interior, which have been certified by The Vegan Society, is available in the C-Class for the first time. Mercedes-Benz sets a new standard in the use of vegan materials and is the first car manufacturer worldwide to offer an independently certified vegan interior. The Vegan Package includes all soft-touch surface materials in the interior – from the seat upholstery to headliner, from pillar and door panels to carpeting.
Excellent climate comfort in all weather conditions
The all-new electric C-Class pushes the boundaries of efficiency and climate comfort. The newly developed automatic climate control ensures a pleasant, comfortable temperature in winter – even without preconditioning. For example, on a 20-minute journey in -7° C weather, the interior heats up twice as fast as combustion engine powered models – and thanks to the multi-source heat pump only requires about half the energy. This has a positive effect on the electric range. The heating process begins automatically as soon as customers enter the vehicle. In addition, the automatic climate control dehumidifies and cools the interior only as much as is necessary to maintain the desired interior temperature, helping to prevent dry eyes.
The technical basis for the noticeable increase in comfort and efficiency is an innovative heat pump. As a multi-source unit, it can use three energy sources in parallel: the waste heat from the electric drive and the battery as well as the ambient air. By using this "free" heat, the heat pump also contributes to the high efficiency of the all-new electric C-Class. It requires around one third of the electrical energy that a comparable auxiliary heater would need to deliver the same output.
A wellness break on every journey with Digital Extra: ENERGIZING COMFORT
Soothing sounds, energizing massage, activating light – with the diverse Digital Extra: ENERGIZING COMFORT1 programs, Mercedes-Benz offers an extensive wellness experience in the all-new electric C-Class. The display animations on the all-new seamless MBUX Hyperscreen and the sounds (3D and 4D) have been further refined, unleashing the full potential of ENERGIZING COMFORT. Long commutes and traffic jams are transformed into valuable moments for mental and physical recovery.
ENERGIZING Seat Kinetics support the body's musculature with gentle movements in the tilt of the seat cushion and backrest. The relaxation program includes a massage function that is generated by pulsating air chambers in the seat's lumbar region. With the optional high-end front seats, an extended relaxation massage function along the entire seatback is offered.
Additionally, the user interface and user experience have been revamped to ensure for more intuitive operation. The newly designed ENERGIZING COMFORT programs now appear as a dedicated app in the app grid and give users the option to deactivate the ENERGIZING sounds, allowing them to enjoy the programs alongside their own music or podcasts. These ten-minute ENERGIZING COMFORT programs are available depending on the vehicle's optional equipment: Fresh Breeze (refreshment), Warm & Cozy (warmth), Energy (stimulation), Good Vibes (regeneration) and Relax (relaxation). In addition, the 15-minute Power Nap program is offered.
Exceptionally quiet for relaxed enjoyment
The aerodynamic acoustics of the all-new electric C-Class had to meet correspondingly high standards. The result is an exceptionally quiet interior. In addition to a very rigid bodyshell and an aerodynamically advantageous shape, a number of measures contribute to the high level of acoustic and vibrational comfort. These include, for example, extensive sound insulation from the front to the rear, decoupling elastomer mounts between the suspension and body, a special design of the electric motors, as well as the new air conditioning unit. In addition, the front windows of the all-new electric C-Class are equipped with noiseinsulating laminated safety glass as standard.

Sprinter and marathon runner in one: The new two-speed transmission
The electric drive unit features a permanently excited synchronous motor (PSM) on the rear axle. Battery-towheel efficiency over long distances is 93 percent. An innovative two-speed transmission on the rear axle combines high efficiency with strong performance. Power is transmitted in first gear via claws and in second gear via discs. The first gear has a short ratio of 11:1, enabling excellent acceleration from a standstill and greater efficiency even in city driving. The second gear (ratio 5:1) is designed for power delivery at higher speeds and efficiency in highway driving, ensuring excellent range and comfort on long journeys. The shift points are based on the driving situation and the selected DYNAMIC SELECT drive program.
4MATIC with disconnect unit: Additional power only when needed
The C 400 4MATIC Electric is equipped with a powerful electric on the front axle that functions as a "boost" drive. Depending on the driving situation and driving program, it is activated via a disconnect unit (DCU), for example when the corresponding power or traction is needed for the driving situation. Under low load, the electric motor is almost instantaneously decoupled for greater efficiency. This reduces losses on the front axle by up to 90 percent and increases the range.
Optional AIRMATIC and rear-axle steering: maximum agility and comfort thanks to predictive intelligence Even the standard comfort suspension, with its fast-acting amplitude-selective damping and very direct steering, delivers excellent driving dynamics and outstanding ride comfort. It is based on a sophisticated fourlink front axle and an advanced multi-link rear axle.
The optional Agility & Comfort package takes these qualities to the highest level, establishing a new benchmark. It includes the new AIRMATIC air suspension with intelligent suspension control and rear-axle steering. In the all-new electric C-Class, the air suspension lowers the vehicle when the "Sport" drive program is selected, enhancing both driving dynamics and stability. The AIRMATIC air suspension simply absorbs uneven road surfaces and now also features intelligent, predictive damping. This innovation significantly increases ride comfort. It automatically adjusts damping just before the vehicle encounters a speed bump. This makes every journey in the all-new electric C-Class a smooth and sublime experience, just like in an S-Class. The intelligent suspension control uses Car-to-X5 information from other Mercedes-Benz vehicles driving ahead, transmitted in real time to the Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Cloud.
The AIRMATIC air suspension also operates intelligently when it comes to automatic right-height control. For greater efficiency and range, it uses Google Maps to keep the vehicle as low as possible for as long as possible. Conventional ride-height systems respond solely to speed, raising the vehicle whenever, for example, a construction zone or traffic jam causes the driver to slow down. The new AIRMATIC, however, "knows" that the all-new electric C-Class is still on the highway and continuously maintains the low ride-height setting.
The available rear-axle steering further improves agility and stability. With a steering angle of up to 4.5 degrees, it reduces the turning circle by nearly 90 cm to 11.2 m. At speeds of 70 km/h and above, the rearwheels steer up to 2.5 degrees in parallel with the front wheels, delivering enhanced stability and safety at high speeds.
Drive with confidence
At market launch, the 482-hp C 400 4MATIC Electric will be available. The sporty model sprints from 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and has up to 760 kilometers2 of electric range. Thanks to 800-volt technology, up to 320 kilometers of range (WLTP) can be charged in as little as 10 minutes3. The electric C-Class is able to cover well over 1,000 kilometers with just one brief charging stop. This corresponds, for example, to a trip from Porto to Bordeaux (1,006 km), from Basel to Barcelona (1,036 km) or from Berlin to Paris (1,054 km).
The C 400 4MATIC has a new lithium-ion battery with a 94.5-kWh usable capacity. DC fast charging up to 330 kW is possible at 800-volt charging stations. A DC converter is fitted standard to also enable charging at 400volt charging stations.
One-box braking system: Confident brake pedal feel and excellent recuperation performance
The new one-box braking system optimizes recuperation to maximize electric range. It ensures a consistent, confident brake pedal feel at all times. For efficiency reasons, almost all braking processes are carried out entirely by recuperation. Even during ABS braking on icy roads, it can recuperate energy to ensure maximum efficiency. Recuperation power up to 300 kW is possible. In principle, the all-new electric C-Class can even brake electrically to a standstill, thus recovering kinetic energy. The driver can adjust the level of recuperation using the steering wheel shift paddles.
Intuitive: A revolutionary new world of intelligent digital experiences
The all-new electric C-Class is now more intelligent than ever, providing drivers with an elevated level of comfort and convenience. MB.OS manages all domains of the vehicle and connects them into an intelligent ecosystem – from infotainment and comfort, driving performance and charging to driver assistance. This AIdriven supercomputer forms the basis of the new generation MBUX and the MB.DRIVE advanced driver and parking assistance systems. Connected to the Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Cloud, MB.OS enables regular overthe-air updates1 of the entire vehicle software. This keeps the all-new electric C-Class up to date and attractive for many years to come.
MBUX HYPERSCREEN: High-tech in a class of its own for a unique driving experience
The new optional MBUX Hyperscreen offers an unrivalled holistic driving and spatial experience. At 39.1 inches, it is the largest continuous screen ever available in a C-Class. It boasts exceptional sharpness thanks to high resolution and innovative matrix backlight technology with over 1,000 individual LEDs. The brightness of two display areas can be adjusted independently. For example, the front passenger can dim the screen to watch a film without changing the brightness of the instrument cluster.
An optional MBUX Superscreen is also available, which combines three screens under a large, continuous glass surface. Both MBUX screens are controlled by state-of-the-art high-performance chips and real-time graphics from Unity Game Engine. The front passenger screens feature a camera-based privacy function to prevent driver distraction, while the front passenger retains full functionality and an interactive user experience. Drivers therefore do not see shared screens or slides – and the camera can be turned off at any time. The Dual Light Control (DLC) technology developed by Mercedes-Benz can be activated or deactivated.
New generation MBUX: Exceptionally intuitive and personal thanks to artificial intelligence
The fourth generation MBUX is the first in-car infotainment system to combine artificial intelligence (AI) from ChatGPT4o and Microsoft Bing as well as Google Gemini, making optimum use of the strengths of the different models depending on the situation. With this unique multi-agent approach, the MBUX Virtual Assistant revolutionizes the relationship between the vehicle and driver. It is exceptionally intuitive and personal. Like a friend, the virtual assistant can conduct complex, multi-turn conversations and has a short-term memory. As a "living" avatar, it is always present on the MBUX Zero Layer. The MBUX Virtual Assistant adapts its color to the selected ambient style and uses animations to indicate what it is currently doing. It is activated by the "Hey Mercedes" keyword.
Digital Extras1: Tailor-made customization
Via the Mercedes-Benz Store and the Mercedes-Benz app, customers can flexibly customize their C-Class with Digital Extras at any time and adapt it to changing needs. The continuously growing portfolio ranges from entertainment, navigation and charging and to MB.DRIVE driver and parking assistance systems.
The entertainment offering currently includes a number of apps in various categories including audio, video, gaming and other services. For the first time, it is possible to create user-specific app folders. Drivers and front passengers can personally manage and arrange their digital content.
Familiar route guidance: Intelligent navigation based on Google Maps
In the all-new electric C-Class, MB.OS enables a navigation experience based on Google Maps. Developed as part of the partnership between Google and Mercedes-Benz, the navigation solution is one of the first systems to integrate Google Cloud's new Automotive AI Agent for in-vehicle conversational services in conjunction with Google Maps.

It responds dynamically to traffic jams or changes in driving style. Mercedes-Benz is also continuously developing the energy forecast for Navigation with Electric Intelligence. In the future, the predicted wind conditions along the route and the height of the vehicle will also be considered even more accurately.
The intelligent navigation system calculates when a charging stop is necessary and automatically plans it in such a way that the total travel time is optimized. In some circumstances, two short charging stops with a higher charging power can be quicker than one longer charging stop. In addition, the vehicle's charging settings are automatically adjusted by Navigation with Electric Intelligence and optimized for fast charging along the route – including the preconditioning of the high-voltage battery so that it is at the optimum temperature for DC fast charging at the right time.
MBUX Surround Navigation and MBUX augmented reality head-up display
MBUX Surround Navigation also takes visual interaction to a new dimension. Supported by cameras and sensors, it displays a real‑time 3D representation of the vehicle and its surroundings on the driver display. Drivers benefit from enhanced situational awareness.
Optional MBUX Augmented Reality Head‑Up Display from the S-Class and EQS is available for the first time in the C-Class. In addition to classic head-up display content such as speed, warning messages and speed limits, this intuitive visual support using augmented reality helps drivers navigating complex routes. It displays relevant information and actions in three dimensions in the real driving situation and environment. The display area has a diagonal measurement of 18 inches, and a virtual color image appears to float in the field of view at a distance of approximately 3 m.
MB.DRIVE: Advanced driver and parking assistance systems5
The all-new electric C-Class comes with standard with a variety of advanced driver assistance technologies including Digital Extra: Distance Assist DISTRONIC1. A water-cooled high-performance supercomputer with sufficient power reserves for future functions as well as cameras and sensors provide first-class driver assistance features. Artificial intelligence processes the sensor data in real time to assess the current driving situation. The pioneering optional assistance functions include, for example, Digital Extra: MB.DRIVE ASSIST with Digital Extras: Steering Assist and Lane Change Assist1.
Active and passive safety: Comprehensive equipment and new restraint system for dynamic cornering
With the all-new electric C-Class, Mercedes-Benz aims to make its customer's lives as simple and worry-free as possible. That's why the electric sedan has been developed with the ambition to be the safest car in its class. In event of a collision, the crumple zones, rigid passenger cell and restraint systems with seat belts and up to 11 airbags are for situation-specific occupant protection. The front center airbag is fitted standard in the all-new electric C-Class worldwide, and a knee airbag is now also available for the front passenger.
PRE-SAFE®, also included standard on the all-new electric C-Class, can recognize critical driving situations at an early stage, provide warning and initiate precautionary protective measures. New to the electric C-Class is the PRE-SAFE® curve function. When the navigation is activated, it warns the driver by tightening the seat belt if the driving speed appears to be significantly too fast for the upcoming curve.
Brighter and more efficient: DIGITAL LIGHT with micro-LED technology
With the optional new generation DIGITAL LIGHT headlamps, the all-new electric C-Class offers improved visibility and safety. Innovative micro-LED technology and a powerful new chip extend the high-resolution illumination field while also reducing energy consumption by up to 50 percent compared to the previous system. All software modules are integrated into MB.OS. The Ultra Wide high beam provides a very wide light distribution for improved visibility. The partial high beam function enables continuous high beams without dazzling other road users.

After the expiration of limited runtimes, Digital Extras can be extended for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store, provided that they are still offered for the respective vehicle at that time.
